Georgetown Day Booth Application
Georgetown Day is on Sunday, June 8th, 2025, noon to 5:30 p.m.
Please read all the details below carefully.
The deadline for applying for a booth is May 16th, 2025, but spaces fill up quickly.
Georgetown Day is on Sunday, June 8th, 2025, noon to 5:30 p.m., on Main Street, Georgetown (Redding), Connecticut.
For our booth spaces we prioritize artisan vendors who hand-make their goods, food vendors, and Georgetown businesses and organizations. We place other applicants on our waitlist until we know if there are any spaces available. We may limit the number of certain business types.
Booth spaces are 10x10’ and are $65 each before April 15th, and $90 after. The fee to serve food is an additional $50 per space. There are a very limited amount of spaces with electrical service for an additional $50 — these are only available to those who need electrical for necessary booth operations.
You’re not guaranteed a spot until you receive and pay our invoice for the booth fee.
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and anything else they need for their booth.
Cell data and wifi access is not great on Main Street. Each year we try our hardest to provide nearby businesses’ wifi where possible and any other assistance that we can offer. AT&T and T-Mobile have the best cell service in our area, and if you don’t use either we recommend borrowing a device using one of these providers for the day so you’re able to run credit cards. Unfortunately the length of the street makes offering streetwide wifi very difficult.
Please note any preferences or requests in the Note box below. We can’t guarantee we will be able to accommodate every request but we will do our best.
*** Georgetown Day is a rain-or-shine event.*** Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Cars have to be off the street by 11 a.m. As such, booth-holders must arrive by 10:45 at the absolute latest; latecomers will not be allowed in. Vendors cannot begin packing up or loading out before our 5:30 end time. Vendors MUST listen and do what our staff and volunteers ask for load out — you cannot bring your car on to the street or drive out until we say you can due to police restrictions and for the safety of everyone on the street. We are managing a large number of vendors trying to leave at once and we ask for patience and understanding. ***

Food information The Town of Redding requires all temporary permits for food service needed to serve food to be submitted by May 15th. You are responsible for your permit and contacting the health department to find out whether you need one. We cannot opine on whether you need a permit or not. The health inspector does inspect during the event.
Chris Wegrzyn is the head of the Town of Redding Health Department and can be reached at cwegrzyn@townofreddingct.org.
