Electrical is $50 per booth space, and is very limited and only available to the booths who absolutely need it. (Portable battery packs are great for charging your devices!) Generators are not allowed at the event due to space, noise, and odor issues.

Load-in begins at 8 a.m. You must arrive and get your car off the street by 11 a.m.; latecomers will be turn away. Vendors can unload by their booths but need to move their vehicles to the vendor parking lot across the streetas soon as they have unloaded (before setting up). Thanks to our wonderful volunteers and sponsors we are usually able to help unload and offer shuttle rides to and from the parking lot. *

You understand that you can't begin breaking down your booth until 5:30 p.m. or you may not be able to participate in next year's event. We ask that you be patient with the load-out process, as it involves many vendors all trying to leave at once. *

You, as the Seller/Vendor/Booth Holder at Georgetown Day, agree to forever indemnify, save, and hold Georgetown Day, Georgetown Village Restoration, Inc., the Georgetown Day committee, the Town of Redding, Connecticut, and all affiliated agents, officials, representatives, beneficiaries, volunteers, and employees harmless from and against and any all claims, damages, injuries, liabilities, losses, suits, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) for anything and everything whatsoever arising from or out of the Seller/Vendor/Booth Holder's and their representatives' participation at Georgetown Day. *
