Georgetown Day Booth Application

Please read the details below carefully.
The deadline for applying for a booth is May 20th, 2024 but spaces fill up quickly.

  • Georgetown Day is on Sunday, June 9th, 2024, noon to 5:30 p.m., on Main Street, Georgetown (Redding), Connecticut.

  • For our booth spaces we prioritize artisan vendors who hand-make their goods and food vendors, and typically place other applicants on our waitlist until we know how much space is available. We may limit the number of certain business types.

  • Booth spaces are 10x10’ and are $65 each before May 1st, and $90 after. The fee to serve food is an additional $50 per space. There are a very limited amount of spaces with electrical service for an additional $50 — these are only available to those who need electrical for necessary booth operations.

  • You’re not guaranteed a spot until you receive and pay our invoice for the booth fee.

  • Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, and anything else they need for their booth.

  • Georgetown Day is a rain-or-shine event.

  • Please note any preferences or requests in the Note box below. We can’t guarantee we will be able to accommodate every request but we will do our best.

*** You must arrive and move your vehicle off Main Street by 11 a.m.; no latecomers will be allowed in. Our rules for loading out and leaving after our 5:30 end time are very strict due to police restrictions and for the safety of everyone at the event. Vendors MUST listen and do what our staff and volunteers ask for loading out — you cannot bring your car on to the street or drive out until we say you can. We are managing a large number of vendors trying to leave at once and we ask for patience and understanding. ***

Please email info@georgetownct.org with any questions.

Food information Please be aware that the Town of Redding requires all temporary permits for food service needed to serve food to be submitted by May 16th. You are responsible for your permit and contacting the health department to find out whether you need one. The health inspector does inspect during the event.
